When I click on your name on Amazon it does not show Twixt Heaven & Hell so when you check your sales you may be disappointed. I found the book by finding your blog. Since I reviewed Swordsman on Amazon and said it was the best thing since sliced bread I have bought it and am greatly looking forward to it (and the extra chapter:-)).
